Bart has a history in catering, as account manager at Sodexho responsable for catering the restaurants and parties at Esa/Estec in Noordwijk and catering of the head offices of Royal Shell in The Hague.
1500 meals per day, mutiple restaurants and 60 staff, build a wealth of experience in international party catering, both as organiser and operational serving any VIP’s and royalty.
Previous to Het Stuivertje Bart has put Bistrot Neuf on the culinairy map of Amsterdam.
